Nadya Rawjee

At the age of 50, I found myself grappling with longstanding relationship issues with my mother, a journey that took me through some of life's toughest challenges. Growing up, I faced a tumultuous childhood, where my relationship with my mother was strained, and it was my beloved grandmother who stepped in to fill the maternal role.

Amidst the turmoil, I struggled with food, finding solace in the quiet corners of my mind as a closet eater. But as I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and growth, I sought inner peace and healing, recognizing that true acceptance comes from within.

Through deliberate meditation, I began to forge a deeper connection with my inner self, gaining clarity about my emotions and responses to life's adversities. With practices like Reiki's energy healing and Yoga's moving meditation, I gradually released emotional blockages and restored balance to my mind, body, and soul.

Theta healing, which delves into the unconscious mind, proved instrumental in addressing deep-seated beliefs and traumas. By replacing limiting beliefs with empowering thoughts, I embraced self-acceptance and transformation.

I learned that peace and surrender to the divine stem not from external circumstances, but from shifting perceptions and responses to life. Focused meditation quieted the mental noise, allowing me to access inner calm and embrace the present with grace.

Today, as I navigate life's journey as a perpetual student of it’s mysteries, I delve into realms such as DNA and quantum healing, Epigenetics, the re-coding of the genome and more recently into the Akashic Records.
